How do we proceed?

When initiating the process, specifications and advice are crucial elements to consider. Once all specifications are known, you may request a quote with all desired specifications. Each customer is assigned a dedicated contact person within our organization. This ensures clear communication channels and enables us to effectively pursue the customer's requirements. In case the specifications are not fully defined, we are more than willing to provide guidance. Simply reach out to your designated contact person via phone or email, and we will offer the best advice possible. If you do not have a designated contact person yet, kindly provide your details through our contact page or call our office, we are here to assist you.

Upon approval of our quote by the customer, we proceed with scheduling the order. This involves a detailed review of the specifications and establishment of a tentative delivery date. Any inquiries are addressed promptly to avoid complications during the process. Additionally, details such as the color of the capital bands and/or ribbon markers (if known) and the final delivery address are determined. Cover designs are prepared (for hardcovers) or spine thickness of the cover (for softcovers) is confirmed.

The production process commences once the order is scheduled and pending file reception. If you require guidelines on proper file submission, do not hesitate to inquire about our submission requirements. Upon receiving the files, our studio meticulously inspects them for any discrepancies. Any observations are promptly communicated for necessary adjustments. Following the studio's thorough examination, a digital proof of the files is generated and sent to the customer for approval. Should any errors be identified by the customer, a correction page can be provided. Once the books are ready for transportation, our logistics team notifies us, and we promptly inform the customer.

Should you have any further inquiries or require additional advice at this stage, feel free to contact us.
